Virtual Instructor-Led Training
The ACSA is pleased to present the return of Basic Instructional Techniques (BIT)!
This engaging two-day virtual instructor led course is designed to give participants an opportunity to apply and practice the foundation of workplace training–communication, planning, instruction, and assessment, all while in a small group setting.
Through a graduated series of skill checks, participants will prepare a learning objective, develop their very own lesson plan (including an assessment), and facilitate an abbreviated training session. There are several activities that require participants to speak or present over the microphone.
Course Topics
