As a certified CFCSA NHSA™, if you received equivalency for your certification with us and would like to renew with your ACSA, please complete the requirements outlined below followed by the Out of Province ACSA NHSA™ Renewal Application.
Requirements:
To renew your out of province designation with your ACSA, you must:
Complete the LSE™ Proficiency Renewal activity:
Download our template and submit your Toolbox Talk and Site-Specific Hazard Assessment for review (access the template as part of the application process).
Complete our WHMIS Train-the-Trainer course.
Upload a valid Standard First Aid certificate.
