This interactive two-day Virtual Instructor-Led Training course is designed to help participants understand the components and application of Principles of Health and Safety Management for the Small Employer through engaging and collaborative activities on our online platform. This course is for people who will be involved in the development and/or improvement of their company’s Health and Safety Management System (HSMS). This course is specially designed for small employers who employ 10 or less people. This course meets the Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) standard.

Participants are required to have access to a computer with internet access and speakers. Mobile devices (tablets and cell phones) are discouraged. These devices may limit the student experience and ability to participate.
