Virtual Instructor-Led Training
This interactive one-day Virtual Instructor-Led Training course is designed for individuals responsible for training workers who may be involved in developing, implementing and monitoring traffic control strategies for the construction industry in Alberta. Through engaging and collaborative activities on our online platform, this course will cover basic components of a traffic accommodation strategy along with trainer resources.
ATTC-TTT is intended for trainers who will be providing training to those who plan for temporary traffic control. The plan itself is for the worksite and work activities that flaggers may be a part of. The trainer can take the learnings and given resources to internally train those who will be planning worksites that need to use temporary traffic control.

Certification

Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the individual post-course open-book online test.

Certification allows participants to use ACSA's material to deliver Temporary Traffic Control training at their work sites (non-commercial use only). Trainers must re-certify in this course every three years.

Prerequisites

No prerequisite courses are required.

Technical Requirements

Participants are required to have access to a computer with internet access and speakers. Mobile devices (tablets and cell phones) are discouraged. These devices may limit the student experience and ability to participate.
