Virtual Instructor-Led Training
Important: Effective June 2026, the online post-course test will be proctored. Students must take a photo of themselves and a photo of their government-issued photo ID before writing the test. Technology requirements are outlined under Course/Activity Information.
This interactive two-day Virtual Instructor-Led Training course is designed to provide participants with a foundation for effective communication, and skills to navigate various ethical situations they may encounter as Safety Leaders in the field. Through engaging and collaborative activities on our online platform, students consider various exercises involving ethical and communication-based dilemmas and strategies for conflict resolution.
Course Topics
Certification
Participants must complete nine skill checks during course activities and achieve a minimum score of 80% on the individual post-course open-book online test.
This course has been approved by BCRSP to satisfy the mandatory ethics course requirement as part of their Continuous Professional Development Program.
