On-Demand Training
Note: this course requires you disable pop-up blockers before launching.
In this approximately two to four hour, On-Demand online course, participants will be introduced to the concept of an Internal Responsibility System (IRS), due diligence and the five areas to assess an IRS within an organization. Through engaging scenarios, learners are able to choose from three learning paths to learn about the roles and responsibilities for employers, supervisors, and workers.
While successful completion of the course only requires participants to complete one of the three learning paths, we highly recommend completing all three to gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities at each level within an organization.
Certification
Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on an online test.
