Inclusive Dialogues is a foundational course comprised of eight modules designed to be completed in 15 minutes or less. Throughout the course, you will be asked to complete different sections in our downloadable workbook. This workbook also includes learning resources and information to support your ongoing learning. Upon completion of the Inclusive Dialogues course, you should be able to: - demonstrate your understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion terminology - explain why diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is important in the Alberta construction industry - define harassment, discrimination, bias, and microaggressions, and provide examples - demonstrate your understanding of how you can advance DEI in the workplace - develop a plan for ongoing learning. Certification: The passing grade for the quiz is 80%.
