Certification
First Level of the LSE™ Program - Certificate of Completion

This course has an open-book, online test and skills check component. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the test and complete five skill checks for course certification.

Second Level of the LSE™ Program - Certificate of Proficiency

To receive the ACSA LSE™ Certificate of Proficiency, participants must submit copies of the following documents to the ACSA for review as per the LSE™ Proficiency submission requirements:

  • Hazard Assessment
  • Site Inspection
  • Incident Investigation
  • Toolbox Talk/Safety Meeting
